Over the coming months, there will be lots of news and information coming out about the race and the race office will no doubt keep everyone informed.
On this page, I hope to bring a more local "on the course" feel to the information.

ROAD - a short ride out around part of the course shows that the rough parts of Rawlinson Lane have a nice smooth layer of tarmac on them now, especially the turn off Chorley Road, so that gives everyone some free speed for the day and a little less vibration !

the first snows have hit the aptly named Winter Hill - and that means that the top of Sheep House Lane will have a dusting of the white stuff and it probably isn't the greatest time to be taking your first look at the course !!!!
